Hello Harvey,
I am a web designing and development professional and a student as well.

I was installing the super rebrander for a very good client of mine but I had problems with making it work with all the browser.

I have searched the forum many times before but did not find it helpful so this is the reason why I am posting this topic.

The link to the sample book is

When I open this in IE it works fine even the pdf, but when I open this in the firefox the page opens fine but the PDF file shows some symbols and not the correct file.

Please advise ?

That is strange because my version

works fine in Firefox.

I assume you made no change to the sample book ?

No, I haven't made any changes to the sample book. If you need it, I can email you the server details so that you can look at it for yourself.

Before investigating further - did you upload
it in Ascii or Binary mode ?

It must be in ASCII mode because my file-client is set to auto

This is rather baffling.

If you want to give me (via PM) ftp access with a test password
I could investigate further.

Alternatively you could try what I would do which is to
change samplebook_pdf.html (make a copy first) removing
all but the heading line 'Sample Book' to prove whether
there is something in that file which is upsetting it

I have made the changes Harvey, removed everything except

but the problem doesn't seem to runaway
the URL is same

It fails with 3 browsers that I have tried but works with IE.

But it only fails on your particular hosting system.

Do you know if there is anything unusual about
your system ?

If not I have a suggestion.

I haven't seen anything unusual with the system. I am using a Plesk Panel 9.2.3.

In anycase I have opened up the ticket as you said.
